NOVUS 01 

NOVUS Flow forming technology involves the application of pressure to the inner barrel of the wheel while spinning after it has been cast. This process stretched and compressed the alloy hence increasing the strength of the finished product. A number of advantages of this technology include:

• up to 25% lighter than standard production 
• up to 30% stronger than standard production 
• improved shock resistance
• higher load ratings 
• increased elongation point and tensile strength
