Ceramic Polishing

Ceramic polishing is a time intensive process with involves multiple stages to achieve the highest quality results in polishing your car/motorcycle/boat wheels and parts. The parts are processed for more than 8 hours with ceramic polishing to give a mirror finish. Transform your tired, dull alloy wheels and parts to a shiny new look. 

The process

Before the parts are inserted into the polishing machines there stripped of any paint, lacquer and dirt. The are sandblasted and stripped to 100% metal only. The parts are then prepares so that any rough edges are smooth and the whole surface are rubbed. After the prep process the parts are put into the polishing machines 3 times with three different types and sizes of media. Each stages takes 3-6 hours depending on the condition of the part.
