A​s we all know tyre repairs have to be carried out from the inner side of the tyre.

For this to be performed tyres have to be opened wide using special equipment. A proper tyre repair process requires more 3 types of machinery and more than 5 different tools.

​Our vulcanization equipment is used to carried out top of the range tyre repairs with the world's leading tyre repair products from REMA Tip-Top.

All our tyre repairs and fittings are done with out either our semi-automatic tyre changer or super automatic tyre changer using plastic covered tools to avoid damaging your wheels.

• Semi automatic tyre changer: This machine can handle all types of wheels from 10'' to 20'' however with our newly purchased adapters we can handle wheels from 8'' to 22''. This machines is used by most tyre workshops around the world for the removal and fitting of non run flat and UHP tyres.
• Super automatic tyre changer: ​The top of the range super automatic M928 Royal tyre changer produced by FAIP can handle any wheel from 12'' to 28''. We have purchased this machine especially for low profile, ''UHP'' and ''Run Flat'' tyres. This machine operates without the use of a lever by the technician, meaning that there is no risk of damage to your alloy wheels. All parts of the machine in contact with your wheel are plastic!
